I'm going to start doing the Weight Watchers Core plan, along with my wife. She's been doing it for a few weeks. I looked it over last night, and it's pretty much how I've been eating anyway. All I have to do now is watch the "points" for certain foods.
I'm slightly encouraged that my weight has been lower for the last few days in a row.
