Since Sunday, I've given up wheat products, and any processed foods. Bread, donuts, buns, etc., are off the list for a while. My carbs have been minimal all week, too, except for fruit. I think that I just need something to kick-start the weight loss. I was looking at the South Beach diet, which prohibits all carbs for the first two weeks; since I already eat pretty close to that anyway, maybe I just need a little variation to change my metabolism enough to move it to the next level.
