30 Abs - Day 10

Weight: 192.5
Waist: 39.0

Ow.

My gut is still sore from the double set I did on Tuesday night, but I managed a good slow set this morning. The bicycle crunches were particularly excruciating, and I only managed 12 per side before giving out. Note to self: try not to do them last anymore.
