I think that my wy waist measurement is different from only 2 days ago because we found a cloth tape.
Took "Before" pictures last night. Will post them when I get a chance.
Poor workout this morning - couldn't get the form, got tired early. Yesterday evening I did some extended upper body exercises and then did a 5 mile Cardio bike ride. Normally I exercise in the morning, so maybe I just need more of a rest between workouts, even if they are different muscle groups.
